Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies to increase private pay service hours.
• Cultivate referral sources such as hospitals, SNFs, senior living, rehab centers, and PCPs.
• Represent the agency at local events to raise brand awareness.
• Collaborate on digital and print marketing materials and campaigns.
• Lead generation, inbound inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.
• Analyze local market trends and competitor offerings to refine tactics.
• Track marketing/recruitment metrics and report ROI to leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding with care coordination and monitor KPI progress.
