Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, building referral networks, engaging with the community, managing digital and print campaigns, and tracking leads through the sales funnel to conversion. Bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home care or senior services.
• Strong knowledge of private pay services and caregiver recruitment.
• Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies to increase private pay service hours.
• Cultivate relationships with referral sources (hospitals, SNFs, senior living communities, rehab centers, PCPs).
• Represent the agency at local events to raise brand awareness of private pay home care options.
• Collaborate on digital and print marketing materials
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and partnerships; support intake process to convert prospects into clients
• Analyze local market trends and competitor offerings to refine tactics and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain ongoing communication with current and prospective clients to encourage referrals and satisfaction.
