Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Design and implement marketing strategies to increase private pay service hours.
• Referral Network Expansion: Cultivate relationships with hospitals, SNFs, senior living communities, rehab centers, and PCPs.
• Community Engagement: Represent the agency at local events, health fairs, and networking functions.
• Digital & Print Marketing: Produce brochures, social media content, emails, and website updates.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Pursue new business opportunities; track leads and support intake.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze local trends and competitor offerings to refine tactics.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain communication with clients and caregivers; encourage referrals.
