Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home care or senior services.
• Strong understanding of private pay services and caregiver recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies to increase private pay service hours.
• Expand referral networks with hospitals, SNFs, senior living, rehab centers, and PCPs.
• Represent the agency at local events and health fairs to raise awareness.
• Coordinate digital and print marketing materials and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities via cold outreach, inquiries, and partnerships; support intake.
• Monitor local market trends and adapt marketing tactics accordingly.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on caregiver recruitment and onboarding.
• Track ROI, conversion rates, and marketing metrics; report progress to leadership.
