Maya Home Care in New Jersey is seeking a dynamic and driven Home Care Marketer to join our team. This field position is crucial for developing key referral sources and converting referrals into paying clients, requiring a proactive, make-it-happen attitude to grow our census.

The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with SNFs and physician offices, visit referral sources regularly, track activities, and collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth transitions from referral to care.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare marketing experience, preferably in home care.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining referral relationships.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in making decisions and taking initiative.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SNFs, doctor offices, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals.
• Identify and cultivate new referral sources within the state of New Jersey, specifically in Bergen/Union/Passaic Counties.
• Conduct regular visits to referral sources to build and nurture relationships.

• Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless transition of patients from referral to care.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs to promote Maya Home Care services.
