Inspire Health Group in New York City is seeking a motivated Home Care Field Marketer to build and maintain referral sources across NYC. You will cultivate relationships with hospitals, social workers, LHCSAs, discharge planners, and community organizations to grow client referrals for home care services.

The role combines in-person outreach with follow-up, tracking referrals, and ensuring compliant marketing practices under HIPAA and NYS DOH.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, or medical sales (NYC experience strongly preferred).
• Existing relationships with MLTC plans, hospitals, or nursing facilities is a major plus.
• Knowledge of Medicaid home care services and referral processes in NYC.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Home Care Field Marketer to develop and maintain referral sources throughout New York City. The ideal candidate understands the NYC healthcare landscape, including Medicaid and Managed Long-Term Care plans, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: 65,000 - 125,000 a year
