The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment and collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth patient transitions from referral

• Track and report on referral activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless transition of patients from referral to care.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs to promote Maya Home Care services.

The ideal candidate will have a "make it happen" attitude and will do whatever it takes to secure patients and grow our census.

Qualifications

• Must have healthcare marketing experience, preferably in home care.
