• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development in healthcare preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Bergen County and Northern NJ healthcare market is a plus.
• Ideal candidate will possess an existing book of business.
• Passionate about making a difference in others' lives.

Responsibilities

• Establish referral networks with healthcare facilities, hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and community orgs.
• Promote Maya Home Care’s offerings to potential referral sources and clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and create strategies to expand presence in Bergen County.
• Meet referral and client acquisition goals through networking.
• Represent Maya Home Care at networking events and health fairs.
• Track and report marketing activities and referral trends to management.
