Job summary

Job Haines at Home in Montclair, NJ is seeking a Marketing Specialist to grow our home health care agency and strengthen relationships within the community.

You will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and referrals, build partnerships with hospitals, physicians, social workers and other healthcare professionals, and manage outreach events and promotional efforts to educate the public about our services.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase agency visibility and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify and develop new referral sources.
• Represent Job Haines at Home at community events, health fairs, networking events, and senior-focused programs.
• Coordinate and participate in agency-sponsored events and outreach activities.
• Promote our home health care services and educate community partners about the care we provide.
• Maintain a strong community presence through networking and relationship building.
• Assist with social media, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives.
• Track outreach activities, referrals, and marketing results.
