Job summary

Reitman Personnel is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow our home care business through relationship-building, community outreach, and referral development. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and senior living communities to drive agency growth.

The ideal candidate will generate new referrals, maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners, and promote our services throughout the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales, business development, healthcare marketing, or home care experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing referral networks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, senior living communities, case managers, and social workers.
• Create and execute territory growth plans to achieve sales goals.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities to increase brand awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community organizations.
• Conduct regular visits to referral sources to educate them on agency services and capabilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for referral inquiries and partnership opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for clients, families, and referral partners.
• Present agency services to healthcare professionals, community groups, and prospective clients.
• Distribute marketing materials and promote agency programs.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
