The role focuses on developing relationships with hospitals, physicians, clinics, and other care facilities to generate new patient referrals and growth. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, results-driven, and capable of meeting weekly marketing and referral goals while maintaining detailed records of activities and sources.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health, hospice, PAS, or medical sales preferred.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, and care facilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and health care facilities.
• Generate new patient referrals and increase home health admissions.
• Conduct regular marketer visits to hospitals, clinics, physician offices and other referral sources.
• Promote agency home health services and communicate strengths.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships.
• Meet weekly/monthly marketing and referrals goals and maintain accurate records of activities and referrals sources.
