Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field caregivers to ensure client coverage and continuity of care
• Serve as primary point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families in the field
• Monitor caregiver attendance, punctuality, and performance in the field
• Conduct client and caregiver check-ins to assess satisfaction and address concerns
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new field staff
• Respond to scheduling conflicts, call-outs, and urgent staffing needs promptly
• Maintain accurate records of caregiver assignments, client visits, and field activity reports
• Coordinate events for hiring and for marketing initiatives
