Job summary

CareSphere in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is hiring a Home Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is full time with a schedule of Monday through Thursday 8 AM–4 PM and Friday 8 AM–1 PM, and a pay range of $25–$30 per hour.

The ideal candidate has prior home care coordination experience and is proficient with HHAeXchange. You will coordinate client and caregiver schedules, manage staffing, and communicate with HHAs, clients, and families to ensure reliable, high-quality home care.
