Action Health Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care to clients in the Williamston area. The schedule runs Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9am-12:30am, and Tuesday/Thursday 11am-3pm, with focus on personal care, mobility support, meals, and companionship.

As a CNA, you will follow Plan of Care, report changes, maintain accurate EVV time sheets, and collaborate with a supervising RN and home care team to ensure compassionate, high-quality service while upholding patient

Qualifikationen

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with hygiene care and activities of daily living.
• Support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities per client needs.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client\'s physical or psychosocial condition.
• Complete EVV tasks for Aide Plan or time sheet as needed.
• Demonstrate dependability by punctual reporting.
• Adapt to client and family value systems.
• Assist in promoting independence within client abilities.
• Perform other duties according to the care plan.
• Call Action Health Staffing with questions and protect patient privacy.
