Job summary

Help At Home, LLC seeks a Client Service Supervisor to lead client coordination and caregiver support in Williamsport, PA. You will maintain client records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and assign aides based on Plan of Care, while coaching staff for quality care and addressing client needs.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to manage schedules, reports, and investigations into incidents when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; may require higher education.
• PPD or Chest X-ray on file as applicable.
• Medicaid/Home Healthcare experience preferred; regulatory requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient/client information per HIPAA.
• Assign homecare aides based on Plan of Care.
• Coach Caregivers to ensure high-quality client care and escalate concerns.
• Communicate schedules with clients, aides, referral sources, and management.
• May conduct in-home visits to assess client needs and communicate changes.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports.
• Document client condition and overall service.
• Maintain records of client satisfaction surveys and in-home visits.
• Handle client complaints and document issues; mandatory reporter for critical incidents.
• Provide education on changes to a client’s Plan of Care.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, aides, and referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
