Job summary

Help At Home in Savannah, GA is seeking a Client Service Supervisor dedicated to delivering high-quality home care services that empower clients to live independently and with dignity at home.

You will manage client files, coach caregivers, schedule coordination, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships with clients and referral sources. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education or certification may be needed.
• Current PPD or Chest X-ray if applicable.
• Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare experience preferred.
• State/local rule compliance may apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance for client records.
• Assign homecare aides based on Plan of Care.
• Coach caregivers to ensure high-quality client care and escalate concerns.
