Help at Home is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to support clients in Cincinnati in a hybrid role (Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.). The position oversees caregiver assignments, client care coordination, and documentation while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medicaid, Waiver, or Home Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Assign homecare aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
• Coach caregivers to ensure high quality client care and escalate concerns.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, and management.
• Prioritize client care and may conduct in-home visits to assess needs.
• Prepare and submit routine departmental reports.
