Help at Home in Indiana is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to oversee client files, coordinate home care staff, and ensure HIPAA compliance while delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in home healthcare or Medicaid waivers preferred.
• Willingness to comply with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client files and related paperwork.
• Protect confidentiality of patient/client information per HIPAA.
• Assign homecare aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
• Coach Caregivers to ensure high-quality client care and escalate concerns.
• Communicate schedules and changes with clients, aides, referral sources, and management.
• Record and maintain documentation of client condition and service.
