Job summary

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village in Boise/Meridian is seeking a caring Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities while providing dignity and joy. The role emphasizes compassion, empathy, and building trust with residents and their families.

We offer evening shifts, weekends/holidays as needed, PTO, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team focused on safety and empathy. Starting wage is $17.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Genuine passion for working with seniors and ability to provide emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing and mobility support.
• Support residents with toileting and personal care as needed.
• Build meaningful connections and be a positive, reassuring presence for residents and families daily.

What You’ll Do

As a Caregiver, you will bring comfort, dignity, and joy to our residents by assisting with activities of daily living, including:

• Bathing, grooming, and hygiene
• Dressing and mobility support
• Toileting and personal care

Beyond tasks, you’ll build meaningful connections and be a positive, reassuring presence for residents and their families every single day.
