Job summary

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village in Idaho is seeking caregivers to join our team. Evening and Overnight shifts are available, with at least one weekend shift required and some holidays as scheduled.

We offer competitive pay starting at $17.50/hour, on-site meals, generous PTO (up to 69 hours in year 1, up to 120 hours at 13 months), same-day pay, and a supportive team focused on five-star hospitality and compassionate elder care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Interest in caring for elderly residents.

• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents.
• Use Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
• Support residents with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Maintain patient, respectful interactions with residents and families.
