Touchmark is hiring caregivers for our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Helena, Montana. We offer day, evening, and overnight shifts with competitive pay: $17.50 day, $18.50 evening, and $19.50 overnight. Weekend and holiday availability is required to join our dedicated team.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and eager to support residents’ daily living activities. CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged, with opportunities to learn and grow within a values‑driven

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification encouraged.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility and toileting.
• Build relationships with residents and contribute to a supportive community.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Have 1 year of caregiving experience, preferred but not required
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend's Approach to dementia care

Your Responsibilities In This Role Include

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed - activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility and toileting
