Touchmark at The Ranch in Prescott, AZ is hiring a full-time Certified Caregiver for Assisted Living / Memory Care. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

You will support residents daily with care, medications, and companionship, while upholding Touchmark's values and privacy expectations. Ideal candidates hold AZ caregiver certification, CPR/AED/First Aid, fingerprint clearance, food handler certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a genuine passion for

• Caregiver certification for Arizona is required.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
• Possess a Caregiver certification for the state of Arizona
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Possess an Arizona fingerprint clearance certification
• Possess an Arizona food handler certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
