Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Dalton, GA is seeking a Branch Manager to supervise the full operation of the branch, including sales, service delivery, and profitability. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure quality client care, and coordinate with leadership to meet targets.

You will lead staff, manage HR tasks, recruitment, training, and ensure client satisfaction and retention while building relationships with referral partners and community leaders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 1+ years of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare or related setting preferred
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and external
• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs.
• BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field of study) but not required with equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage branch sales and service delivery to meet financial targets.
