Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare seeks a Branch Manager to run the Dalton, GA office, overseeing branch sales, service delivery, and profitability. You will lead staff, manage HR processes, and maintain relationships with clients and partners to achieve financial targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• 1+ year of sales or marketing experience in a HealthCare or related setting preferred
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and orally with all levels of personnel internal and external
• Desire and ability to expand and build business relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle client and employee issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours and after hours as needed to support business needs.
• BS Degree preferred (business, nursing, social services or related field of study) but not required with equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Managing Quality Management System initiatives; identifying and assessing potential risks and costs.
• Analyzing monthly financial statements for the branch and implementing strategies to increase profitability; managing operating expenses (P&L responsibility).
• Developing and executing branch's annual business plan.
• Monitoring to ensure that every client is served and providing exemplary service.
• Maintaining relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients.
• Managing recruiting, hiring, and staff development; overseeing HR activities including payroll and performance evaluations.
