Trinity Health Of New England At Home is seeking a Home Care Account Executive to lead sales and marketing for our region’s home-based services in Hartford. You will drive revenue growth by leveraging local community knowledge and forming new partnerships, both within and outside the Trinity Health system.

You will promote the agency's capabilities to support customers' population health and value-based care initiatives, coordinating with hospital and community partners to expand access to home

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or marketing.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and presentation software.
