Job summary

HouseWorks, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to lead business development and account management in the assigned territory. You will grow revenue and strengthen relationships across Hospitals, Physicians, and community-based partners.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, develop quarterly plans, and collaborate with Intake and Case Management to streamline admissions and care coordination.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of measured success in Sales and Marketing or private pay healthcare.
• Experience in Home Health, Home Care or Hospice preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with a CRM system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to account management to meet revenue targets.
• Develop quarterly business plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Meet and surpass admission targets as directed by Senior Leadership by achieving new revenue objectives within assigned territory.
• Maintain CRM and collaborate with Intake and Case Management for admissions and care coordination.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
