Associated Home Care is seeking an Account Executive to lead business development and account management in the Norwood, MA territory, driving revenue growth across Hospitals, Physicians, post-acute agencies, and senior care partners. This role requires a proactive sales approach, strong relationships, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare landscapes.

You will collaborate with Intake and Case Management to streamline admissions, meet quarterly targets, and present our non-medical home

Formación

• 2–3 years of measurable success in Sales and Marketing or private pay healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with a CRM system
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to account management
• Develop quarterly business plans to drive growth
• Meet and exceed revenue targets within assigned territory
• Maintain and leverage CRM for sales activities
• Collaborate with Intake and Case Management to optimize admissions
• Represent the company professionally to healthcare partners
