Job summary

Companions & Homemakers HCA #2052 seeks an Account Executive to lead business development and account management in an assigned territory. The role drives revenue growth by acquiring new business, expanding market share, and cultivating client relationships across Hospitals, Physicians, Post-Acute Agencies, Assisted Living, Rehabilitation Facilities, and community partners.

You will manage all sales activities, craft quarterly plans, meet admissions targets, and work with Intake and Case

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of measured success in Sales and Marketing or private pay healthcare role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with a CRM system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales process from prospecting to strategic account management.
• Craft quarterly business plans to align with growth objectives.
• Meet and surpass admission targets as directed by Senior Leadership.
• Maintain all sales activities using CRM software.
• Collaborate with Intake and Case Management to streamline admissions.
• Represent the company as a knowledgeable resource for Home Care services.
