Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting floor plans, options, and coordinating construction. You will demonstrate homes, showcase features, and convert leads into appointments.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong sales drive, and the ability to work Saturdays. Clayton offers a base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits within a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
• Sales or relationship-driven experience preferred (6+ months).
• Understanding of retail environment helpful.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Willingness to learn and comply with relevant legal requirements.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class home buying experience by helping customers identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate the construction process with customers and team.
• Set appointments using CRM and follow up with prospective buyers.
• Demonstrate model homes and showcase features and benefits.
• Maintain customer files and manage follow-up in CRM.
• Assist with merchandising and ensure showroom appearance.
• Join sales meetings and company-sponsored trainings.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to meet sales goals.
