Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays and in a team environment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify a floor plan and select options.
• Coordinate the construction process and timelines with customers.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of display homes to create value.
• Set appointments from prospect database and web leads.
• Participate in sales meetings and company-sponsored trainings.
