Clayton Homes in Las Vegas, NM is hiring a Home Consultant to guide customers through choosing floor plans, options, and coordinating construction. You will set appointments, demonstrate model homes, and maintain an inviting showroom while following up with prospects using the CRM system.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn mortgage concepts, and the ability to work Saturdays. Base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
• Criminal background check and drug screening will apply.

Responsibilities

• Help customers identify floor plans and options to fit their needs.
• Coordinate construction process and demonstrate home features to buyers.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospects using the CRM system.
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining showroom appearance.
