Comcast is hiring an entry-level broadband installer to perform in-home installations and troubleshooting across voice, video and data services. You will work with customers, follow safety protocols, and complete required training to advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects while following safe work practices and codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from the network connection to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks (coax, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi) per customer needs.
• Verify service quality using testing tools and adjust for reliable performance.
• Educate customers on products, services and setting proper expectations.
• Document work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
