Responsibilities

• Perform installations and changes of service following procedures and safety rules.
• Handle service calls and troubleshoot the drop from tap to customer equipment.
• Assess and design basic home networks using coax, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and MoCA.
• Document task details for entry in the customer account system in a timely manner.
• Determine acceptability of service and adjust to provide the best customer experience.
• Assist in Wi-Fi placement decisions and educate customers on network options.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment, report issues, and manage inventory with warehouse.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely; use digital work orders and diagnostics.
• Drive company vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Work in varied conditions, including high places and outdoor environments; occasional overtime.
