Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot residential services per procedures.
• Diagnose issues from network to customer equipment.
• Set up basic home networks (Coax, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi).
• Test and verify service quality with standard tools.
• Educate customers on products and usage.
• Document work and update accounts digitally.
• Maintain vehicle and report safety concerns.
• Operate ladders and tools with safety.
• Work schedules including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Drive company vehicle with valid license.
• Complete required trainings and background checks.
