Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking a skilled UPS Field Engineer in Florida to lead start-up, testing, and operations for power electronics at customer sites. You will handle commissioning, maintenance, and emergency support, with home-based work and periodic travel across the Panhandle region.

The role emphasizes on-site testing, procedural development, and reporting, plus customer-facing communication and independent problem solving in a dynamic service environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of field service experience in power electronics.
• Experience with UPS start-up, testing, and commissioning preferred.
• Technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commissioning design reviews, prepare test procedures and reports.
• Perform preventive maintenance, emergency response, and field modifications.
• Coordinate with support to resolve issues and train staff.
• Complete Field Service Reports and provide recommendations.
