Job summary

DCX stands out as a leading BPO helping US-based clients with promotional products. We seek a Home-Based Production Specialist to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and order fulfillment from our Philippine hub, aligning with US EST hours.

You will work with the Project Lead on proposals, provide clients with updates, proofs, and shipping schedules, and ensure accuracy across orders while supporting SLAs and billing details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in branded merchandise or promotional products industry.
• Strong English verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing of promotional products from quotes to delivery.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors, verify pricing, shipping, and decoration details.
• Provide regular order updates and client communications to build trust and drive repeat orders.
• Collaborate with Project Lead on client proposals and proofs.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating shipping and customs paperwork.

We’re looking for a Home-Based Production Specialist to support our U.S.-based client in managing daily production operations and order fulfillment.
