Job summary

DCX PH is seeking a Home-Based AR/AP Data Entry Specialist to support day-to-day accounting for a U.S.-based transportation and logistics company. You will input vendor invoices, process weekly checks, invoice clients, and pursue collections while ensuring clean records and timely reporting for the Executive Team.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting, strong English communication, and flexibility to work overnight or US hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in AP/AR/billing or collections.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Processing: Enter vendor invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks; prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow.
• Accounts Receivable: Invoice clients upon order completion; make collection contacts regularly; issue past-due notices and statements; royalty entries; assist with year-end statements; ensure accurate posting of transactions.

We are looking for a Home-Based AR/AP Data Entry Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the transportation and logistics industry. In this role, you will support the company's day-to-day accounting operations by accurately recording vendor invoices, preparing weekly check runs, invoicing clients upon order completion, and following up on collections. You will play a key role in keeping financial records clean and up to date, resolving account discrepancies, and supporting the Executive Team with year-end financial reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Accounts Payable Processing

• Entering all vendor invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks
• Preparing weekly check runs based on cash flow

Accounts Receivable

• Invoicing all clients upon order completion
• Making collection contacts on a routine basis
• Issuing past-due notices and statements
• Royalty entry and submissions
• Assist with year-end financial statements
• Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions
• Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or collections.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills

• Very proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations).
• Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Familiarity with Syncore or other order management/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in logistics, freight, or transportation accounting is a plus but not required.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 55,000 - 59,000
• Industry: Transportation & Logistics (Freight Management / Heavy Haul)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
