Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a home-based Promotional Graphic Designer to join our US-based team. The role focuses on creating compelling visual designs, vectorizing logos, and preparing mockups to support sales staff while meeting deadlines.

Ideal candidates have a graphic design degree and 1–3 years of experience, plus a strong portfolio and ability to accept constructive feedback. Proficiency with Microsoft and Google suites and basic Adobe tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or related role.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Responsibilities

• Create virtual mockups and proofs to support sales staff.
• Vectorize logos.
• Communicate with clients about layout and design.
• Place client logos on a variety of hard and soft goods.
• Edit and compose graphics.
• Create multiple design solutions.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

The DCX Client Services - Home Based Promotional Graphic Designer that will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details

• Industry: Promotions
• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
• Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
• Salary Range: 30,000-35,000

Job Responsibilities

Additional Job Requirements

• Education: College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or any related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, or any related roles.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.

Software that will be used

• Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
• Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva is ideal
