Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the Richmond, Virginia area on a part-time basis. You will work under physician supervision, applying medical techniques to a diverse group with chronic conditions.

Ideal candidates hold Virginia NP or PA board certification, have 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients, and possess strong clinical skills, compassion, and independent

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with Virginia license.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to homebound patients in and around Richmond, VA.
• Assess and manage patient health, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations on multiple platforms.
• Prescribe medications and necessary interventions as clinically appropriate.
