Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider in the Baltimore, MD region for full-time work. You will apply medical techniques under a physician's supervision, caring for diverse patients with chronic diseases in home settings.

Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000+ annually depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff and opportunities for leadership growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in Maryland.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience preferred).
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop care plans independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Baltimore City.
• Perform physical examinations, update medical histories, and create care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a patient panel.
• Consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits; order necessary diagnostics.
