Job summary

Blue Kite Wellness is seeking an Intensive Home-Based Clinician to provide specialized behavioral health services to children, youth, and families in home and community settings within the Illinois Pathways to Success program.

The role involves developing individualized plans, delivering family-centered interventions, and coordinating with Care Coordinators, schools, and other providers. Telehealth may be used where allowed, with evening/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Meets Illinois requirements for QMHP or LPHA with education, licensure, supervision, credentialing.
• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Experience level varies; entry to early-career welcomed if QMHP/LPHA qualifications are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive home-based clinical services to children, youth, and families in the Illinois Pathways to Success program.
• Develop assessment-informed intervention plans using IM+CANS, FBA, and team input.
• Deliver individual, family, and caregiver interventions to reduce symptoms and improve family functioning.
• Strengthen caregivers’ communication, problem-solving, coping, and behavior-management skills.
• Provide clinical direction to IHBS staff and participate in supervision and case consultations.
