Job summary

Blue Kite Wellness is seeking an Intensive Home-Based Clinician to deliver in-home and community-based therapeutic services for children, youth, and families in Illinois. You will work with youth assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide family-centered care, with telehealth where allowed.

The role involves collaboration with caregivers, care coordinators, and schools, plus supervision and ongoing professional development in MAP-informed practices.

Qualifications

• Meets Illinois QMHP/LPHA qualifications and licensure scope.
• Foundational knowledge of assessment, treatment planning and care coordination.
• Ability to work with children, youth, caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive Home-Based Clinical services to children, youth, and families.
• Develop individualized clinical interventions from assessments and team input.
• Deliver individual, family, and caregiver interventions to reduce symptoms.
• Help caregivers strengthen communication and problem-solving skills.
• Provide supervision/consultation to IHBS staff as you progress.
• Collaborate with Care Coordinators, schools, and crisis-response providers.
