Formación

• Current and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license for the state of employment.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to practice and prescribe as NP in the state of services.
• Medicare billing privileges as NP.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate significant findings and changes in condition to the clinical team.
• Complete face-to-face encounters and assess disease changes and symptom management.
• Order and review labs, imaging, EKGs, and other diagnostics for palliation and treatment; document plan.
