Job summary

Vista America seeks a skilled First Officer to operate the G‑IV/G450 on worldwide business-aviation missions, working closely with a Captain and a global support network to ensure safe, luxurious journeys.

You will execute all phases of flight operations with precision, CRM excellence, and strong problem-solving abilities, while collaborating with the Flight Operations Manager to deliver seamless end-to-end missions.

Qualifications

• Total Time: 2,000 hours fixed-wing.
• PIC Time: 500 hours.
• Multi-Engine Jet Time: 250 hours.
• ATP certificate required.
• Current First Class Medical.
• Gulfstream G-IV/G450 type rating preferred.
• No more than two checkride failures; no accidents in 5 years.
• Meets ICAO Annex 1‑2.1.10 multi-pilot requirements for international operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States; willing to travel internationally.
• Recent Experience: 150 hours in last 365 days and 30 hours in last 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of G‑IV/G450 flight operations with precision and CRM.
• Serve as brand ambassador and elevate passenger experience.
• Collaborate with Flight Operations Manager and global teams.
• Champion safety, fatigue management, and Just Culture in daily ops.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a high-performance flight dept.
