Job summary

Vista America seeks a skilled First Officer to operate the G‑IV/G450 on worldwide business-aviation missions, working closely with a Captain and a global support network to ensure safe, luxurious journeys.

You will execute all phases of flight operations with precision, CRM excellence, and strong problem-solving abilities, while collaborating with the Flight Operations Manager to deliver seamless end-to-end missions.

Qualifications

• Total Time: 2,000 hours fixed-wing.
• PIC Time: 500 hours.
• Multi-Engine Jet Time: 250 hours.
• ATP certificate required.
• Current First Class Medical.
• Gulfstream G-IV/G450 type rating preferred.
• No more than two checkride failures; no accidents in 5 years.
• Meets ICAO Annex 1‑2.1.10 multi-pilot requirements for international operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States; willing to travel internationally.
• Recent Experience: 150 hours in last 365 days and 30 hours in last 90 days.

The Role

As a First Officer with Vista America, you’ll operate the G‑IV/G450 in business-aviation missions worldwide, delivering safe, efficient, and memorable journeys. You’ll collaborate closely with a seasoned Captain and a global support network to uphold operational excellence and iconic, luxury passenger service.

What You’ll Do

• Execute all phases of G‑IV/G450 flight operations with precision, airmanship, and CRM excellence.
• Serve as a proactive problem solver and brand ambassador, elevating the passenger experience.
• Partner with the Flight Operations Manager and global teams to deliver seamless end-to-end missions.
• Champion safety, fatigue-management, and Just Culture principles in daily operations.
• Contribute to a high-performance, service-focused flight department and mentor peers as you grow.

Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 2,000 hours fixed-wing
• PIC Time: 500 hours
• Multi‑Engine Jet Time: 250 hours (multi‑engine time: 250 hours; jet time: 250 hours)
• Certificate: ATP (Unrestricted or R-ATP accepted)
• Medical: Current First Class Medical
• Type Rating: Gulfstream G‑IV/G450 type preferred (not mandatory)
• Records: No more than two checkride failures; no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the previous five years
• Regulatory: Meets ICAO Annex 1‑2.1.10 multi‑pilot requirements for international commercial air transport
• Work/Travel Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States; able to travel to/from all served cities and countries without restriction
• Recent Experience: 150 hours in the last 365 days and 30 hours in the last 90 days

Compensation & Quality of Life

• Guaranteed First-Year Base: $112,600; Potential Total Compensation: up to $155,050
• Incentives: Extra-day pay, monthly flight-hour incentives, paid training days
