The role offers a guaranteed base pay in year one, a potential total compensation package, incentives for flight hours, paid training days, and retention bonuses at 3, 6, and 9 years.

Qualifications

• ATP rated required.
• Gulfstream type rating preferred.
• 4,000 hours fixed-wing time.
• 3,000 hours PIC.
• 2,000 hours multi-engine.
• 1,000 hours turbine.
• 300 hours logged IFR.
• Current First Class Medical Certificate.
• No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in last 5 years.
• Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 for international ops with more than one pilot.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Authorization to travel to all served cities/countries.
• 150 hours flight time in previous 365 days

Responsibilities

• Captain with Vista America delivering iconic, luxury service to passengers.
• Lead with problem solving, brand ambassadoring, and team leadership.
• Report to Flight Operations Manager and coordinate with leadership for fleet progression.
• Maintain safety and adherence to Just Culture with safety management involvement.

G-IV/G450 Minimums:

• ATP Rated
• Gulfstream type rating (preferred)
• 4,000 hours fixed-wing time
• 3,000 hours PIC
• 2000 hours multi-engine
• 1000 hours turbine
• 300 hours logged IFR
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions in last 5 years
• Meets the requirements of ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 as it pertains to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served
• 150 hours flight time in previous 365 days/30 hours in previous 90 days
