Job summary

Vista America is seeking a highly skilled Vista America Captain to deliver safe, consistent, and luxurious business aviation service across our U.S. operation. The role blends precise flying with proactive problem-solving and responsive teamwork under a structured support model.

You’ll lead as PIC with FAA ATP, jet type rating, and extensive flight experience. The position offers a stable 15/13 roster, base pay of $195,000 with total comp up to $247,825, generous per diems, incentives, and

Qualifications

FAA ATP certificate required.
PIC jet type rating required.
Bombardier type rating preferred.
Current FAA First Class Medical.
Total fixed-wing: 3,000 hours.
PIC: 1,500 hours.
Multi-engine: 1,500 hours.
Turbine: 1,000 hours.
IFR: 300 hours.
150 hours in last 365 days, 30 hours in last 90 days.
No accidents or FAA enforcement actions in 5 years; ICAO compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as PIC delivering safe, consistent flight operations and luxury passenger service.
Be a skilled problem-solver, brand ambassador, and supportive teammate to passengers and colleagues.
Coordinate day-to-day and flight-to-flight with OCC, pilot leadership, chief pilots, and Directors of Operations.
Participate in Safety Management, Just Culture, fatigue-management; uphold standards with training.
Support fleet progression and leadership development opportunities acrossVista.
