Firefly Children and Family Alliance is seeking a full-time Home-based Therapist to serve families in Columbus, Indiana. You may work from our Columbus or Whiteland office and will cover Bartholomew and Johnson counties, delivering family-focused therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.

This field-based role requires in-community work with families. The position emphasizes therapy for children and families, with collaboration across schools and child services, aiming to improve family

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Indiana licensure preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in child development, attachment issues, trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Therapy (50-75%): provide counseling to individuals, families, and groups to support adoption, foster care, or family preservation goals.
• Therapy Support (25-50%): collaborate with schools, Department of Child Services and others; complete monthly reports.
