Firefly Children and Family Alliance is looking for an Outpatient Therapist in Indianapolis, Indiana, to provide family-focused therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents. As an essential part of our team, you will offer counseling support, addressing emotional and developmental needs and helping families in need.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in child development and trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of family dynamics and skills in family counseling.
• Must have LSW, LCSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling support to individuals and families working to achieve treatment goals.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine client's level of need and best intervention.
