Firefly Children & Family Alliance is seeking a full-time Home-based Case Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will serve Marion County, conducting in-home visits to support families in achieving their goals and coordinating transportation.

You will provide education, attend court with clients, respond to crises, and work in the community to stabilize family functioning. A Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required, along with a valid driver's license and ability to travel

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance with no more than 6 points on driving record.
• Travel between appointments to service clients within their community.
• Knowledgeable regarding social service systems within the state.
• Knowledge of and adherence to current confidentiality practices.
• Appreciation for and ability to respond to cultural differences.
• Develop relevant networks of contacts.
